Penta Hospitals International launches a new common international communication platform.
A long-term platform connecting three markets
Penta Hospitals International is launching Closeness, a new long-term communication platform that will unify and strengthen the brand’s communication across Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland.
Developed in cooperation with creative agency Call Crispy, the platform is built around one central message: When it comes to health, nothing replaces being close.
Three dimensions of closeness
Penta Hospitals provides comprehensive healthcare through an international network of outpatient clinics, hospitals, specialised clinics and senior care facilities. The new platform highlights three dimensions of closeness:
- Physical: Personal contact and presence when patients need us.
- Emotional: Trust, empathy and a sense of safety.
- Systemic: Accessible care provided through a broad healthcare network.
The campaign is a natural continuation of the Penta Hospitals manifesto Healthcare of Tomorrow. Today. It reflects the belief that trust, empathy and respect are just as important as medical expertise, innovation and modern technology.
“The healthcare of tomorrow must remain personal, accessible and close to people. Through this campaign, we are giving a tangible expression to what we want Penta Hospitals to mean for our patients,” said Peter Lednický, CEO of Penta Hospitals International.

For the first time, one concept and creative principle will connect all three markets while respecting their local languages and contexts. The platform marks another step towards building a strong and recognisable Penta Hospitals brand across Europe.
