Peter Lednický is the CEO of Penta Hospitals International. Previously led Unilabs Slovakia and co‑founded Alpha Medical, which under his leadership became the largest laboratory network in Central and Eastern Europe.

Jozef Karlík is the Chief Financial Officer of Penta Hospitals International, bringing over sixteen years of experience in European laboratory diagnostics as former CFO of Unilabs Slovakia and regional cluster lead.

Jana Palenčárová

Chief HR Officer

Jana Palenčárová is an HR director with over 20 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, banking, and healthcare. She is the former Chief Human Resources Officer of Bory Hospital, who played a key role in shaping the HR strategy of this next-generation medical facility.
